Since spring 2024, Enne Consulting has served as Qt Group's sustainability development partner. Qt Group is a listed, global software company serving industry leaders and developers of applications and smart devices worldwide.

Over two years, Anniina has developed the company's sustainability reporting to meet CSRD requirements by building a structured model in which responsibilities are shared across functions rather than resting on one team. The double materiality assessment she facilitated in 2026 gave the organization a clearer internal understanding of what sustainability means for its business, and of the related impacts, risks and opportunities, in an industry where customer expectations on sustainability are on the rise.

Together with Workday Designers’ employee experience expert Aku Varamäki and Qt Group's international HR team, Anniina created the company's social responsibility strategy and program.

Built through co-creation, the program sets concrete targets, a governance model, and a roadmap with clear ownership for personnel-related themes, as part of the broader sustainability work.
